This course will include changes to Approved Forms effective August 17th related to the NAR Settlement including best practices to navigating commission agreements.

This course provides a clause by clause analysis of the CBS1 Residential Contract to Buy and Sell. We will develop a stronger understanding of the form, identify common contracting problems, help the broker anticipate and avoid contract conflicts and draft stronger agreements.
