Investment Property Analysis


This course is step two in a three-part series designed to provide an arsenal of tools designed to increase your counseling skills for the investor client and to facilitate sound investment decisions and stronger valuations. Topics include the income analysis for 1-4 family rentals, apartment buildings and all commercial grade properties. Sub-topics include GRM analysis, reverse GRM analysis to find the best properties, net and effective gross income analysis, understanding and determining the cap rate, debt coverage ratios, cash on cash return and fix and flips.
