This course provides a clause by clause analysis of the CBS1 Residential Contract to Buy and Sell. We will develop a stronger understanding of the form, identify common contracting problems, help the broker anticipate and avoid contract conflicts and draft stronger agreements.

This course is required to maintain an active real estate broker license. Prior to renewing your active license you must complete three different versions of this Annual Commission Update Course ACU within your three year license cycle.
